Strategic session of the IGKR: development of new tools of the IGKR for the war and post-war periods.

On July 26-28, 2023, the “Strategic session of the IGKR: development of new tools of the IGKR for the war and post-war periods” was held, organized by the Industrial Gender Committee for Advertising in partnership with FES-Ukraine. The event brought together the heads of regional representative offices of the Committee, representatives of the DPSS, the advertising sector, and lawyers.
During three days, the participants of the event had the opportunity to:
✔️Present the results of the activities of your divisions
✔️Exchange experience and techniques for combating the appearance of discriminatory advertising content
✔️Get acquainted with the changes in the current advertising legislation
✔️ Investigate the use of sexist content in social advertising and communications of volunteer associations
✔️Develop headlines in public communications
✔️ To discuss the expert conclusions of the IHKR through the prism of changes in the advertising legislation of Ukraine.
The focus of the Strategic Session was also an analysis of trends in advertising content changes with the beginning of a full-scale invasion. The key thematic and structural changes in advertising plots were singled out and analyzed, the circle of the most active advertisers today was determined, and possible algorithms for further fruitful cooperation were worked out.
